Open your default apps: Original version: Click System Default apps. Creators Update: Click Apps Default apps. At the bottom, under 'Web browser,' click your current browser (typically Microsoft Edge). In the 'Choose an app' window, click Google Chrome. To easily open Chrome later, add a shortcut to your taskbar: On your computer, open Chrome. The dock is an easy way to get the everyday use app as soon as you open the Mac, but setting the apps to launch at startup will make the process even faster. There is an option to set apps to launch at startup on a Mac from the Dock menu in case the app you are looking to set in the startup is already present in the dock menu. The best way to make Mac apps default to opening in full screen mode is by changing your app usage behavior a bit, combined with an adjustment to a Mac OS system setting. The end result will be that, at least with many apps that support full screen mode, they will relaunch directly into full screen mode on the Mac.
There is no default password. Either you are in the Setup Assistant in which case it wants you to provide a new password; or, you exited from the Setup Assistant and never assigned a password in which case press RETURN. It's hard to advise you if you weren't paying attention to the setup and don't know what you did or where you are now.
